Just the freshest raw ingredients go into making our beautiful restaurant quality food – snap frozen to take home. For those who can’t or don’t have the time to cook – or perhaps want to plan a gourmet eat in date night – or just treat themselves.

Our Philosophy

At Yam Daisy, we believe that our food should not just feed our bodies but nurture our souls, and the land we live on. We believe in honouring the traditions of those who were here before us whilst looking to the future. Focusing on the importance of where our food comes from and  how it’s grown, we create nutritious meals for you and your family.

native ingredients

Emma’s partner Peter Carney is the gardener and native food growing enthusiast. Together we own property in NSW and our plan is to grow our own native foods for Yam Daisy.

Native ingredients are uniquely adapted to growing in this Australian environment. They require little water or fertiliser, are pest resistant and support an abundance of native animals and insects. While many plants and seeds taste familiar, others have their own distinct flavours and bring a remarkable quality to our food for you to discover.

We are privileged to share in the ancient and advanced wisdom around growing and creating  food incorporating native ingredients. We hope that our endeavours contribute to education and encouraging all people to eat and grow plants that nurture this land.
